Posted on Yla O'Riordan13 October 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing experience. We did the 2D1N crater hike. It's described as challenging and this is true, multiple different terrains and warm weather. Our host Ronnie was brilliant, full of positive energy and so helpful. The porters are amazing, carrying so much equipment and making delicious meals. The process was simple and you could rent extra equipment like walking sticks or walk jackets. Car journeys either side were great and hotel for night before was nice too. Would recommend!Posted on Shermin Kaur8 October 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I joined Visit Mount Rinjani for my solo hike and had an incredible experience from start to finish. As a solo female traveller, safety and care were my top priorities and the entire team made me feel completely at ease throughout the journey. From the moment I booked, everything was so well organised. A big thank you to Eddie for ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. My driver Yoga was fantastic , friendly, reliable, and full of travel tips that made my journey even more enjoyable. Rony, my guide, was simply amazing. Before the summit climb, I told him how nervous I was about the steep hike, but in his calm and reassuring way he said, “Why not? Of course you can.” His encouragement meant so much and helped me push through. Huge thanks as well to my porters Judin and Rian for helping me with my bag and for cooking such delicious meals at every stop. Their kindness and hard work made the experience so much more comfortable. I met wonderful people along the way and felt cared for every step of the journey. I highly recommend Visit Mount Rinjani to anyone especially solo female travellers looking for a safe, memorable, and heartwarming adventure.Posted on tim maaskant4 October 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Unreal experience. The climb was difficult but worth it. Our guide took our pace and put no pressure on speeding to the top. Amazing how our porters carried all our needs and cocked amazing meals for us. Everything, from pick-up to drop off was thought off and very well organised.Posted on Aisha Nottage4 October 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We just completed the 2D1N trek with Visit Mount Rinjani and it was an unforgettable experience. Everything was so well organised from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing – far beyond what we expected on a trek. Every meal was freshly prepared, and delicious, as well as very generous portions which gave us the energy we needed for the hike. Our guide was fantastic: knowledgeable, patient, and always making sure we felt comfortable and safe. He explained the route clearly and encouraged us along the way, making the challenging parts much easier. The porters were truly unbelievable – carrying all the equipment and supplies while still moving faster than us on steep trails. They set up camp perfectly, prepared our meals, and always had a smile despite the hard work. Their strength and kindness were so inspiring. The communication via Whatsapp was excellent and the team answered all my random queries before we got there so we knew what to expect. They collected us from the airport, which was a 2.5h drive and took us to our onward hotel all included in the price. Overall, we couldn’t recommend Visit Mount Rinjani enough. If you’re thinking of doing the trek, go with them – you’ll be well taken care of and have an amazing adventure!Posted on Vansuyt Marie28 September 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an amazing Rinjani hike with Andy and his incredible team of porters! Andy was super knowledgeable, organized, and always made sure we were safe and comfortable throughout the trek. The porters worked so hard carrying everything and still greeted us with smiles and delicious meals every day. Truly grateful for their support, the trip wouldn’t have been the same without them. Highly recommend Andy and his team to anyone planning a Rinjani hike!Posted on Hazelyn Mohd21 September 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We booked the 3D2N, it was an amazing experience. The guide and porters really amazed us. Food was great with huge portions. Guide was really patience with us as we took longer time to summit! So happy that we made it. Since our summit time took way longer, we unable to follow the torean route. Hence, we are already planning to comeback just to sembalun and torean. Cant wait!Posted on Pablo Costa10 September 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing experience!
